Service fees vary depending on the expertise level, project scope, or mentorship session duration. All prices, including applicable taxes and platform fees, are transparently displayed before payment. We may update pricing periodically, but changes won’t affect already completed transactions.
Users receive an invoice or confirmation for each transaction. Your complete payment history is accessible through your account dashboard for easy reference. Please keep copies of invoices for your records and tax purposes.

Submit refund requests within 7 days of payment by emailing support@seniorexperts.in. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on banks or payment providers.
Mentorship sessions or project engagements with a cancellation option must be canceled within the specified period to qualify for a full or partial refund. Cancellations after the deadline may incur fees or no refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to penalties as per service terms.

Actions such as posting projects, applying to projects, or booking mentorship sessions require purchasing credits. Credits are platform-exclusive tokens and have no cash value. Please review our credit policies before purchase.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees related to payments. Any additional charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout. Taxes and fees are non-refundable unless mandated by law.
