Welcome to the Senior Experts Platform, operated by Guide's-ME Consultancy Services Private Limited (referred to as Company, We, Us, or Our). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (Terms). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Introduction

Purpose: The Platform connects experienced Senior Professionals (Experts) with businesses or individuals seeking their services (Employers).

Definitions:

• User: Anyone accessing or using the Platform, including both Experts and Employers.
• Facilitation Services: Services provided by the Company to facilitate connections between Experts and Employers.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering or transacting on the Platform.

3. User Obligations

Account Security: Users must keep their login credentials confidential and promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use.

Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not:

• Post or share content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
• Engage in activities infringing on others’ rights or violating laws.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or others’ accounts.

4. Platform Usage

• Content Responsibility: Users are responsible for their posted content and must ensure it complies with all laws and third-party rights.
• Interactions: The Company is not liable for interactions between Users. Exercise caution and conduct due diligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate any User’s access without prior notice for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties. The Company is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
